Gold Cup: 1st round is over

Today we had the last matches corresponding to the 1st round in Concacaf Soccer Gold Cup. All games have been played in all 3 groups, and we already have the 8 finalist teams to play the 2nd round.

The last games were played this weekend, and the results were the following:

Honduras 4, Grenada 0
Panama 4, Nicaragua 0
Mexico 2, Guadalupe 0

The final standings were the following: (teams marked with * are the ones to play the 2nd round)

The 8 teams remaining into the competition are to play the quarterfinals next weekend, the matches will be the following:

1. Honduras vs Canada
2. USA vs Panama
3. Costa Rica vs Guadalupe
4. Mexico vs Haiti
